Here is Bingo inspecting the Bird house proto-types.
The picture is from my new Smartphone. Right now Bingo is on vacation in Cheyenne. I gather Bingo woke up and alerted Dad to a fire down the street in the middle of the night. I am sure I am going to hear about how hard he had to work during his "vacation". Mom says he looks like he has gained weight. But when he gets back he'll complain that we give him science diet weight control treats and Grandma has the really tasty milk bone treats. Whoever said it's a dog's life didn't know Bingo.
This weekend for Easter we went over to Louise's Mom's place. We sat and show'd her pictures of her great niece's wedding web site on my smart phone. I am pretty sure Marilyn can remember a time when they didn't even have a phone in their house. Heck for that matter I can remember when I got my first computer. It didn't have a 10th the CPU, memory, graphics on my latest phone!
Last week Louise and I walked over to the red box movie rental. While we were trying to pick a movie a man was waiting to rent a movie. He wanted to see Lincoln. So we checked to see if it was on the machine. It wasn't so he left. Louise and I both commented on how lucky the guy was. That's 3 hours of his he won't waste. We rented "Flight" with Denzel Washington.
Movie standings currently are:
Skyfall
Life of Pi
People Like Us
Quartet
The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel (Everything will be alright in the End. If everything is not alright, it is not yet the End.)
Silver Lining Playbook
Les Miserable
Anna Kerinia
Flight
Many many movies
Lincoln
Game of Thrones Update!!!!
Dan Steves isn't on Game of Thrones but Rose Leslie is! So she left Downton Abby to go beyond the Wall!

We saw "Life of Pi" last night ... I agree, good flick. Still waiting on Skyfall ... but I think Klaus wants to see Daniel Craig's 2nd one before this one. We saw "Flight" last week. And we saw "the best exotic ...." on the plane last summer. I think I want to see Silver Lining Playbook ... Klaus went to the final "Walking Dead" get together on Monday. They'll all be "spread to the wind" when the next one comes out ....
ReplyDeleteDid you read "Life of Pi"?
ReplyDeleteSpread to the Wind? or the Four Corners of the World?
Yes ... read the book ... it was a book discussion in Moscow ... S, K & I read it while we lived there. N read it this past Christmas. I like how they did the ending. N left when Richard Parker got the hyena. I am always interested at what part of movies she leaves.
ReplyDeleteI suppose Four Corners is more appropriate ... K will be in the U.S. or Canada, Max hopes to be in Holland, Joe will be taking his gap year ... mostly in Australia and South East Asia, Philip will be going to college in the UK, and Aaron doing an internship here in Germany ...
