We had a garage sale a while back.  (No we didn't try selling the garage we held the sale in the garage.  Evey time there is a guys who points out "why call it a Garage sale. No one sells their garage?"  It was funny the first year, then it was memorable, now it's annoying.)

Any way it was time to sell the Franken Futon.  It was the first piece of furniture I ever bought.  That was in the late '80's.  It had broken and been repaired but it wouldn't die.
And you know what IT WOULDN'T SELL!  No one bought it at the garage sale.  So it went to Habitat for Humanities Surplus store.   I was really worried they won't take it either.  But the did.  Now the Franken Futon is just a tax credit and a fond memory.  I am pretty sure Andy Swainson holds the record for hour spent sleeping on it, hung over or otherwise...
