I am currently reading the book "House of Leaves". This book is structurally complex. Right now I am reading a secondary appendix of letters written by a lady in the Whaleston Instiutie, which was referenced from a footnote written by 'the editors' for a footnote written by Johnny who assembled the book from notes found in a truck of a dead blind man who is commenting on a film made by a guy who discovered his house is bigger on the inside than the outside. I am only about 100 pages into a book of about 800 pages, but that may not matter. In all the flipping back and forth reading appendices and footnotes. It appears that many pages are nearly completely blank.
It is pretty good on the author's part to make a fairly convince "voice" for each "layer". The book isn't really suspenseful or scary. But it is more complex.
I'm reading "Reality is Broken." It isn't complex, but it is really making me think about the world of games (and online games). Very interesting .... I'll have to try "House of Leaves" as well ... I just don't know when ... :-)

DeleteAnother good book I have heard of for online gaming is "Ready Player One". I plan to read it soon.
