So this weekend I got a call from my brother.  He and my sister were at my parent's house.  He wanted to know if I could come up and see them.  I wasn't sure.  Louise and I had planned a pretty full weekend.  I told him I would try.

I got home and talked to Louise.  She said "Of course we should go!"  We dropped everything called told them we were coming and drove the two hours to get there.  We were really excited to see them all.  I mean we only see my sister once every two years or so.  My brother James maybe we see about once every three years.  Best of all Sarah's kid Klaus and  Nathalie would be there.  They are so cute.  They are in that awkward teenage years when they are so cute.  (Hold on I have to wipe the sarcasm off the keyboard.)

When we pulled into the drive we went inside and there sat my Dad.  All by himself.  Everyone else had taken off.  We asked him "Did they know we were coming?"  "Oh yeah they knew."  So we hung out with my dad for two hours waiting for everyone to come home.

When everyone got there we had many discussions but the most important one determined the following

When you put clothes in a machine to clean them, it is called  "warshing"

Straightening out the objects in your room is called "Redding Up".

The proper place to put the objects in your room while "Redding Up" is under the bed.

And getting involved in gossip is being "Nebby".
