Worked on taking the tree out of the front yard.  Took all the limbs off the trunk.  Cut the top two thirds of the tree.  Left about 12 feet on the trunk above the ground.  We bundle all the limbs and bag most of the needle up and put it in the street.  The over load pick should be this Tuesday.

I had Cullen come over. He was great help. We talked to just about every neighbor, who came over to see what we were doing.  Really the only ones who didn't come over are out of town.

Louise took some pictures.  Notice how the top of the tree is gone in this picture.  This is a before picture.  We had not cut a single limb off the tree yet.  When we got to the top of the tree, there was no top.  It had been broken off in some previous snow storm and was gone.  The tree was just getting bigger without growing taller.  Had to go.
